What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Compliance Specialist position at Bond Brothers, Inc?
Position Description :
The Project Compliance Specialist reports directly to the Assistant Controller and is responsible for ensuring the organization remains compliant with both governmental and project level payroll / demographic reporting requirements. In addition, the compliance specialist is responsible for ensuring that Bond Civil & Utility and all subcontractors remain compliant with both internal, and project level insurance requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Manage certified payroll process for required projects
- Collect and review subcontractor certified payroll records
- Monitor union and prevailing wage rates on a per project basis
- Manage prevailing wage setups and monitor weekly compliance with payroll
- Manage vendor and subcontractor compliance with insurance tracking, EEO and DBE reporting
- Ensure projects are set up in accordance with the contract requirements
- Assist project teams with ad hoc requests relative to compliance
- Perform various project related analysis, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Assist other departments with ad hoc requests
- Support job audits
- Work on special projects as directed by management
