Degree Requirements: Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).

JOB DUTIES:

• Works in collaboration with other members (Therapists, Supervisors, Case managers, Behavior consultants, Staff) and implements a recreational intervention plan which is tailored to each individual and his/her daily activities.
• Maintain and organize schedule and caseload of individuals.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement therapeutic recreation interventions for individuals on your caseloads.
• Create individualized goals and treatment plans for each client based on needs and abilities.
• Complete quarterly reports every 3 months during plan year for client.
• Submit all billing documentation (progress notes, quarterly reports, billing unit sheets).
• Have opportunity to grow within the company.
