Social Media Marketing Manager

We're seeking a creative, energetic, and self-motivated Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence, grow our audience, and showcase everything that makes our venues and events exceptional.

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across all social media platforms. You'll work closely with our team to capture the excitement of our events, build brand awareness, and generate inquiries through compelling storytelling and strategic marketing.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Attend weddings, events, and venue tours to capture high-quality content.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar.
• Write engaging captions and create content that reflects our brand voice.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster an online community.
• Stay current on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with management and event staff to highlight upcoming events, promotions, and client success stories.
• Analyze social media performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations for growth.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and marketing partners when needed.

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
• Strong photography and videography skills using a smartphone and/or professional camera.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to capture live events.
• Passion for hospitality, weddings, events, and creating memorable experiences.
