Part-Time Event & Guest Services Crew
Looking for a fast-paced, hands-on job where you stay active and learn useful skills? Join our Event & Guest Services Crew at Bonclarken. You’ll help create clean, welcoming spaces for guests while gaining experience in events, hospitality, and basic tech setup—no experience required.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas.
- Set up tables, chairs, and event spaces for incoming groups.
- Assist with laundry, trash removal, and general housekeeping tasks.
- Help set up and test basic audio/visual equipment like microphones, projectors, and TVs.
- Support guests with simple tech needs, such as connecting devices.
- Travel across campus (including driving a golf cart if licensed).
What You Bring
- Valid, non-restricted driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
- Willingness to learn and jump between tasks as needed.
Schedule & Availability
- Up to 29 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends (typically no later than midnight).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (tables, chairs, equipment).
- Comfortable being on your feet for most of your shift.
- Able to walk hills, stairs, and move around campus regularly.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, events, or recreation.
- Familiarity with audio/visual equipment.
