Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for our portable sanitation and site services division, including Temporary Fence, Portable Restrooms, and Bathroom Trailers. This role manages field staff, routing, equipment, and service quality while supporting a growing customer base.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily delivery, service, and pickup routesManage and support drivers, technicians, and yard staffSupervise operations for Temporary Fence, Portable Restrooms, and Bathroom TrailersEnsure compliance with safety, sanitation, and DOT requirementsCoordinate scheduling with sales and customer service teamsMonitor equipment inventory, maintenance, and cleanliness standardsRespond to operational issues, customer concerns, and emergency service needsQualifications3 years of operations or field service management experienceExperience in portable sanitation preferredKnowledge of Temporary Fence and restroom trailer operations a plusStrong leadership and organizational skillsValid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $85,000 Company truckCompany cell phoneHealth insurancePaid time off and holidays
