- Conceptualize and develop designs consistent with current company branding guidelines.
- Design and produce marketing materials, including print ads, direct mail pieces, event flyers, internal and external newsletters, signs, banners, vehicle graphics, sales brochures, digital media, and more.
- Create, design, and produce a wide variety of collateral to support event, marketing and sales activities.
- Maintain and continue current organization of graphic libraries and relevant systems to ensure an efficient and orderly work environment.
- Communicate clearly and collaboratively with all Bonaventure team members, throughout all areas of the corporation.
- Communication with vendors and end users to ensure accurate and timely project completion.
- Work within tight and changeable deadlines in support of the corporation and its portfolio of communities.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, including Publisher, PC proficiency
