Job Description
ALB Logistics is onboarding a limited number of Owner-Operators for our 10% Advantage Program, a managed authority lease program designed for professional drivers who want to keep more of their revenue while we handle the business side.
This is not an authority -only role. This is a fully managed lease operations program where you operate under our authority and focus on driving while we manage compliance, dispatch, invoicing, and administrative operations.
Founder availability is limited. Once spots are filled, this offer closes.
Compensation & Earning Potential
- 10% management fee
- Target gross: $5,000–$8,000 per week (market and performance dependent)
- Additional standard operational costs apply to support insurance, dispatch services, compliance, invoicing, factoring, and administrative operations
Gross revenue is market-based and not guaranteed.Attractive Bonuses & Incentives
- $300 bonus for each clean DOT inspection
- $300 referral bonus for every qualified driver you refer
- $1,000 yearly loyalty bonus for continued partnership and good standing
Equipment & Rental Options
- Class 8 semi trucks only
- Dry van and flatbed trailers available for rent
- Dry van: $300/week
- Flatbed: $375/week
- Dedicated lanes available for flatbed operations (based on availability and performance)
- Weekly insurance typically ranges $350–$400, depending on equipment and profile

Requirements
Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL (required)
- Verifiable driving experience preferred
- Clean MVR (no major violations)
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
Equipment Requirements
- Class 8 semi truck required
- Must own your truck (financed or paid off)
- DOT-compliant and roadworthy
- ELD compatible
- All makes and models considered (condition matters)
Important Notes
- Owner-Operators only
- Class A CDL & Class 8 semi trucks only
- An onboarding deposit is required prior to activation
- This is a contract opportunity, not employment
