We're looking for a General Laborer to join our manufacturing team in Gibsonia, PA and help us keep building on nearly seven decades of quality.
About the Role
We make hand tools used by masonry and concrete professionals, and we’re looking for dependable people to join our production team. No manufacturing experience is needed. We’ll train you on everything, and there’s room to grow into other roles in the shop as your skills develop.
Responsibilities
- Assemble hand tools and components following work instructions and quality standards
- Apply labels and inspect finished products for quality
- Paint and finish tool components
- Package finished products and prepare orders for shipment
- Move materials and products around the shop using hand trucks, carts, and other basic equipment
- Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Take on other tasks as needed to keep production moving
Qualifications (Required):
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Good hand skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
- A team-minded attitude and willingness to accept feedback
- Ability to work independently once trained
Qualifications (Preferred):
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or other hands-on work
- Familiarity with hand tools or basic power tools
- Experience with painting or finishing
- Experience in inventory control is a plus
This is a full-time, daylight-shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, at our Gibsonia, PA facility. Hourly rate is dependent upon experience and skillset.
