Bon Tool Company is a global leader in the manufacturing and warehousing of professional construction tools for the trowel trades. With a firm commitment to provide the best value and the highest standards of workmanship and customer care, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented LTL Puller / Packer to support our warehouse and shipping operations. This role is responsible for accurately pulling, packing, and preparing Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments, coordinating freight through our Transportation Management System, and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented environment and is flexible to support various warehouse functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull, pack, and stage LTL orders to carts, pallets, and skid boxes with a high degree of accuracy
- Verify, count, and inspect freight to ensure order accuracy and quality standards
- Schedule freight shipments using our TMS, Congruent TMS
- Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation including bills of lading, placards, CUSMA documentation, and commercial invoices
- Assist drivers with loading and securing freight for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks; forklift operation is a plus
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time shipments
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned and remain flexible to shifting priorities
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn shipping systems
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred, especially with LTL freight
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Warehouse setting with regular standing, walking, lifting, and equipment use
- Team-focused atmosphere with cross-functional support across warehouse operations
Full-time positions are available scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm at the Gibsonia location.
Hourly rate depending on experience.
Drug screen and background checks will be conducted prior to hire.
