We are looking for a guest-focused To-Go Specialist to join our team! You will assist the Host Team in welcoming guests, in person and over the phone, making them feel at home by seating them in the restaurant, or taking and placing orders for them to enjoy at home, to ensure they enjoy an exceptional dining experience.
You are a natural people person who can quickly build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and communication skills to bring your best each day for yourself, restaurant staff, and guests.

- To be successful in this position, extensive menu knowledge, and the ability to place and assemble all To-Go Orders is essential!
- Take ownership of all incoming phone calls, and provide our guests answers to all their questions.
- Be a sales person, and suggestively cell our menu!
- Anticipate the guests needs for all their orders!
- Inform guests of current promotions.
- Ability to accept payments for all purchases.
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Friendly and guest-focused personality
- Ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests and provide assistance over the phone.
- Ability to clearly communicate guests’ needs to the kitchen, Managers, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone
- Must be able to multi-task!
