What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clean and Green Trainee position at Bon Secours?
The Clean & Green Trainee will be involved in improving and maintaining vacant land/open spaces by clearing trash and debris, cutting high grass and trees, tilling soil, planting grass and clover seeds and planting trees in West and Southwest Baltimore. The Trainee will work 30 hours per week in a temporary employee position.
Essential Job Functions
- Learn proper safety protocol and tool operation.
- Complete lot beautification and improvement. Maintain community parks and farm spaces.
- Participate in Employment Services, Job Coaching, Financial Services and Industry Certifications.
- Actively pursue career advancement.
Job Requirements
- Current Baltimore City resident (preferably West Baltimore)
