Bon Délire is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations. Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

The General Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, developing team members, driving financial performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and team development.
Responsibilities- Oversee all front and back-of-house operations
- Lead, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Drive sales growth and profitability while managing labor and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with company standards and local health and safety regulations
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
- Act as the face of the restaurant, building relationships with guests and the local community
- 3 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, upscale casual or fine dining environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage financial performance, labor, and costs
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Wine and beverage knowledge is a plus
- Experience with restaurant management systems and scheduling platforms
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
