Account Executive/Senior Account Executive, Public Relations
Starting Base Salary: $65,000
Final compensation and title will be based on experience and qualifications.
Location & Flexibility: This is a remote-first position for candidates based in Denver, Colorado. Occasional travel is required for client meetings, media events, openings, and team gatherings.

What We're Looking For...
- Someone who is genuinely passionate about hospitality, food, beverage, travel, and design
- 4-7 years of public relations agency experience, within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or food & beverage
- Strong media relationships and a proven track record of securing meaningful coverage
- Exceptional writing, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- A strategic thinker who can translate client goals into impactful communications programs
- A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments
- Passion for storytelling and uncovering narratives that matter

Key Responsibilities...
- Lead day-to-day public relations efforts across a portfolio of client accounts
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans that align with client goals
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media across food, travel, lifestyle, design, and business verticals
- Secure impactful regional and national media coverage
- Write and edit press releases, media pitches, award submissions, talking points, bylines, and other communications materials
- Manage media inquiries, interview opportunities, and press visits
- Monitor media coverage, track opportunities, and deliver client reporting
- Identify timely story angles, partnerships, speaking opportunities, and awards programs
- Coordinate media events, openings, tastings, FAM trips, and influencer experiences
- Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a positive agency culture
- Contribute to business development through strategic thinking, creative ideas, and industry insights
- Represent BON Communications with professionalism, enthusiasm, and hospitality in all interactions
