Bon Bon Belle is growing and we're looking to add to our amazing team!
This part-time position requires a warm and enthusiastic person who loves love. The Bridal Assistant greets our customers and their guests when they walk into our store, offers drinks and snacks while they wait for their appointment, assists the Bridal Stylist team by clearing dresses out of fitting rooms and suites, and answers phone calls and customer questions throughout the day.
All applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30am-5:00pm. Retail experience is a plus, but service aptitude and 'having a servant's heart' is a must. We are looking for Bridal Assistant who is dedicated, who is willing to commit to their role here at Bon Bon Belle and who is reliable. Applicants can expect to work up to 16 hours per week in this role.

Role Description: The role of the Bridal Assistant is to ensure our customers and their guests are well taken care of while providing support to the Bridal Stylist team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: greeting customers in a timely manner, answering phones, replying to customer inquiries and ensuring all customers are taken care of
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment by keeping fitting rooms/suites clean of gowns and accessories.
- Hospitality: Offer every customer and their guests a warm welcome by checking them in and offering drinks and treats to every group.
- Support Bridal Stylists by entering note sheets and tracking gowns tried on during appointments.
- Visual Merchandising: positively contribute to our store's appearance
- Daily housekeeping and general upkeep of the store.
