Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple café and dining locations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent service standards
- Lead, develop, and mentor a diverse team of managers and frontline associates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and cross-functional partners
- Partner with culinary leadership to develop creative, high-quality menus and dining experiences
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and overall P&L accountability
- Drive operational efficiencies while maintaining a strong focus on food quality, hospitality, and presentation
- Support the rollout and execution of new culinary initiatives, wellness programs, and hospitality concepts
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operational standards
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of progressive foodservice or hospitality management experience, including multi-unit oversight
- Experience in high-volume corporate dining, hospitality, or catering environments
- Proven success managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills
- Passion for hospitality, culinary innovation, and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong service culture
