Job Summary
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting national programming initiatives and assisting with client-driven projects as needed. This role is responsible for ensuring all project components are well-organized, executed on time, and aligned with defined deliverables.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will leverage tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and (ideally) Smartsheet to build presentations, track progress, and maintain project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Develop and maintain project tracking systems and performance databases to monitor progress and milestone achievement
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to drive efficiency and maximize output
- Identify project risks, provide regular updates, and escalate issues as needed in alignment with project plans
- Serve as a central point of communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and external resources
- Support the implementation and communication of Bon Appétit’s best practices and overall philosophy
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proven ability to address competing priorities within a single project with a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to manage multiple projects at a time with sharp organizational skills
