Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met within the framework of luxury brand standards.
- Provide knowledgeable guidance to clients regarding vehicle options, features, and benefits, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Volvo's luxury offerings.
- Conduct test drives, explaining vehicle capabilities, performance, and safety features, enhancing the customer experience and promoting brand loyalty.

- Collaborate with the GSM and COO to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the dealership's growth and success.
