About the Role:

As a Graphic Designer at Bomgaars, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life across weekly sales flyers and a wide range of marketing materials. This role is critical to ensuring our stores and customers receive clear, accurate, and visually compelling communications that drive engagement and sales.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like:

• Design and produce weekly sales flyers from concept through final print-ready files
• Partner with marketing and merchandising to ensure pricing, product details, and promotions are accurate and approved
• Manage frequent updates and revisions while maintaining consistency and visual quality
• Prepare files for print vendors and ensure all deadlines are met
• Create signage, advertisements, digital graphics, in-store materials, and internal communications
• Adapt designs across formats and sizes while maintaining brand standards
• Maintain templates, style guides, and organized file systems
• Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new initiatives

• Detailed-oriented with a strong eye for layout, typography, and design consistency
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams
• Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment

What You’ll Bring:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
• 2 years of graphic design experience, ideally in retail or production-focused environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience preparing files for print and working with vendor specifications
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting business needs
