CSR - Customer Service Representative

INSIDE SALES SUPPORT – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Inside Sales Support Customer Service Representative will work with internal and external customers to maintain and strengthen client relationships.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide reception duties at the front desk to route all calls as appropriate and attend to visitors.
• Quote customer on pricing and lead times.
• Order processing and confirmations with accuracy.
• Coordinate and confirm freight delivery.
• Resolve customer service issues.
• Maintain customer accounts with correct contact information, cross reference information and any other related data.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal, reading / writing comprehension and expression, bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus.
• Must be reliable by working scheduled hours and follow through with responsibilities.
• Sales and customer service skills with a proven ability to explain technical products and cross reference part numbers for up-selling.
• Ability to follow rules, procedures or instruction and seeks guidance on non-routine matters.
• Proven professionalism and ability to handle pressure well .

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma.
• 6 months call center or sales support role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Interest in sales and experience in concrete and related accessories highly coveted.

While performing the essential functions of the job the employee is required to sit for long periods of time. The employee is required to use hands and fingers for using computer, typing and writing. The employee is required to lift job objects that may weigh up to 15 lbs.
