Responsibilities
- Manage the full supply chain lifecycle, including sourcing, production, inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment.
- Develop production schedules and ensure manufacturing partners meet deadlines.
- Forecast demand for new and core products, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers and factories, monitoring performance, lead times, and quality.
- Coordinate logistics with warehouses and fulfillment operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Optimize shipping, distribution, and returns processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Identify supply chain bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Track supply chain metrics and report performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
- Support the scaling of operations and help adapt supply chain processes as the company grows.
- Several years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, preferably in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods.
- Experience managing vendors and production schedules.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, inventory planning, and interpreting supply chain data.
- Solid understanding of logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate across teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
