Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing
• Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve results
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across various initiatives
• Collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
• Lead and mentor marketing team members and coordinate with external agencies
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies
• Develop customer personas and segmentation strategies to target key audiences

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable results
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action
• Creative problem-solver with strong project management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing software platforms
