Lifted. - guides how we build product experiences and relationships with our customer base, with our goal being to enhance and elevate life through responsible recreation.What does the role involve?Deliver product to retail and hospitality accounts; verify counts; obtain signatures; collect payment (COD, check, or approved digital methods) per company policy.Ensure shelf/cooler placements meet planograms; rotate stock, check date codes, and maintain proper temperature/storage.Install and maintain POS: shelf talkers, price tags, cooler clings, displays, window clings; ensure brand standards and compliance.Capture photo proof of placement/merchandising and submit visit recaps.Monitor inventory levels; communicate low-stock and reorder needs to Sales/Operations.Support in-store tastings/events setup and breakdown as assigned.Uphold hemp-derived THC compliance at retail (age-gated placement where required, approved claims, current COAs/labels).Education & Experience1 year in merchandising, route sales, delivery, or retail preferred (CPG/beverage a plus).Clean driving record; reliable vehicle capable of transporting cases; valid insurance.Comfortable using mobile tools (photos, forms, basic CRM) and handling payments/receipts.Professional, punctual, and detail oriented; able to lift/carry 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.CompensationHourly rate mileage/vehicle allowance.Monthly expense budget (approved items).Product stipend and branded gear.Opportunity for additional hours during launches/events; growth pathway to full time merchandising or sales support.NotesEmployment contingent on compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing hemp derived products. Evenings/weekends may be required for deliveries, resets, or events.
