What are your contributions to the team?

• Adhere to Bombardier General Work Rules
• Manage the implementation of major projects through the product development process from concept to launch
• Collaborate with Vendors, Sales, Engineering & Avionics to establish pricing and downtime for major modification projects
• Review products with multiple modifications for pricing trends
• Research new products/concepts to continuously improve our product portfolio and adhere to our roadmap
• Work with vendors to improve relationships and product partnerships
• Monitor product sales
• Assist in defining, implementing and continuous improvement of the product development processes
• Ensure products are consistently created and maintained in Pivotal
  
  
  

How to thrive in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience with avionics modifications and/or products
• Experience in a customer service-oriented environment
• Maintenance or avionics modification experience on Bombardier-manufactured aircraft
• Previous experience in product development or technical marketing
• Familiarity with IT interfaces and aircraft data systems
• Working knowledge of applicable FAA regulations (e.g., Part 91, 121, 135, 145)
• Understanding of aircraft maintenance and modification programs
• Knowledge of customer maintenance programs, procedures, and instructions
• Ability to research and interpret Service Bulletins and technical documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations-specific software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical concepts and interface with customers
