- Perform quality management reviews (QMR), write reports, raise requests for internal / supplier action and follow up.
- Perform onsite internal and external customer technical investigations at the manufacturing site.
- Provides daily visibility on internal customer issues to quality and manufacturing team.
- Technical investigations
- Root Cause Analysis
- Establish containment plans in manufacturing (short term / long term)
- Infrequent on-site visits at the internal customer manufacturing sites
- 5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of quality management system
- Change management skills
- Experience in problem resolution techniques
- Computer literate, specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint
