- Plan, organize, motivate, and supervise the activities of a team of Manufacturing Engineers dedicated to correcting build impediments.

- Work closely with various groups such as Engineering, Program, Production, Logistic, Purchasing and Quality to optimize change management, problem solving, and improve product flow.
- You hold a university degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree with significant experience in manufacturing.
- You possess at least ten (10) years of experience in the domain of manufacturing.
- You posses excellent management aptitudes.
- You have a solid knowledge in lean manufacturing.
- You have good judgment, are flexible, results oriented, and at ease with tight deadlines.
- You possess a great sense of initiative.
- You are highly motivated, a team player able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
