Job Summary
Responsible for managing the financial aspects of projects, ensuring accurate tracking of costs, budgets, and revenue.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three years’ experience in accounting or financial management or equivalent combinations of training and experience.
- Assist in maintenance of corporate accounting systems related to collection and analysis of costs and/or budgets.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of general accounting and financial documents for divisions, subsidiaries, or company.
- Prepare various cost/statistical reports (i.e., fringe benefit cost analysis, administrative overhead expense reports, corporate budgets, etc.) for corporate management as required.
- Prepare financial data for reporting and analytical review as required.
- Prepares and distributes monthly reports on project status including budget and forecasting for project reviews.
- Works with project team to reflect changes in project scope or timeline.
- Prepares final project close out.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
