Shipping and Fulfillment Supervisor

Position Summary

At Bomb Party, execution matters just as much as energy. The Shipping and Fulfillment Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This onsite role is responsible for supervising day-to-day fulfillment operations, supporting team performance, maintaining workflow consistency, and ensuring shipping standards are met in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, solutions-focused, and comfortable leading a team through daily operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfillment Operations

• Supervise daily shipping, packing, picking, and fulfillment activities
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped within established timelines
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards throughout the fulfillment process
• Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate or resolve issues quickly
• Support inventory accuracy through proper handling, organization, and process compliance
  
  

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead, coach, and support fulfillment team members during daily operations
• Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure team members understand priorities
• Reinforce safety, quality, attendance, and productivity expectations
• Support onboarding and training for new fulfillment team members
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
  
  

Process, Quality & Accountability

• Ensure fulfillment procedures are followed consistently and accurately
• Review order accuracy, packing quality, and shipping documentation
• Track errors, delays, and recurring issues to support continuous improvement
• Partner with leadership to implement process improvements and operational best practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with company standards
  
  

Reporting & Operational Support

• Provide updates to leadership on fulfillment status, staffing needs, and operational risks
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting related to shipping performance
• Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and workload prioritization
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure the timely resolution of orders or issues
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a lead or in a supervisory role
• Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
• Comfortable working hands-on while also leading and supporting a team
• Experience with shipping systems, inventory tools, Microsoft Office, and operational tracking tools preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform physical duties as required in a fulfillment environment
• Must be able to work onsite
