Description:
- Communicates clearly with Team members to ensure they understand the direction and expectations
- Takes ownership in the cross functional training mind set
- Ensures accurate receipts and stocking of materials per work instruction and policy
- Audits inventory transactions and make necessary adjustments for corrections
- Ensure accurate cycle counting and reporting of Materials
- Right-sizing materials to appropriate bin sizes and maintain master data accordingly
- Operate material handling equipment such as lift trucks, order picker, and sidewinder fork trucks
- Ability to read drawing prints and take measurements to verify proper material numbers
- Help investigate root causes for inventory discrepancies and ensure resolution to correct inventory
- Utilize SAP system to review transactions and make necessary inventory adjustments for inventory accuracy
- Recommend action plans and continuous improvement opportunities to remediate root causes of inventory issues and discrepancies
- Initiate cycle counts and enter results of recounts into SAP System
- Train additional manpower to perform cycle counts via mobile equipment
- Support MRB process
- Support Part Sales with inventory check requests
- Support Inventory selloff tasks
- Perform audits on auxiliary locations
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints
- Inventory count experience with the ability to correct inventory inaccuracies
- Computer operations (Desktop, RF Scanner)
- Ability to use material handling equipment such as lift trucks, order picker, sidewinder fork trucks
- Intermediate computer literacy
- SAP systems knowledge and experience
- Ability to research and analyze data through SAP
- Time management skills with the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
