What You’ll Own

We’re hiring a Finance Manager to lead full-cycle property accounting for a high-profile asset with complex reporting requirements. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical mastery with strategic oversight—and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll work closely with the site management team in the timely financial management of the assets:

• Direct coordination with client accounting stakeholders
• Seamless monthly close and associated accounting processes
• End-to-end AP/AR, journal entries, and monthly closings
• Lease administration and recovery billing (OR, RET, CAM)
• Audit support, construction invoice review, and client reporting
  
  

What You Bring

• 5 years in accounting, including 3 in real estate
• Strong lease administration and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MRI, SAP, Avid, Kardin, and Excel
• A mindset for precision, deadlines, and operational clarity
