Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant at BOM VICHAE Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in supporting our licensed physical therapists in providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the implementation of therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by the physical therapist.
- Monitoring and recording patient progress during treatment sessions.
- Collaborating with the physical therapy team to develop and modify treatment plans.
- Educating patients on prescribed exercises and activities for home programs.
- Providing support in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
- Familiarity with diverse patient populations.
