What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Processor position at BOM BANK?
Responsible for processing routine loans. Establishes and maintains loan records and files and submits to loan officer for review. May prepare and compile documents for loan closings. Other duties would include but not limited to uploading of loans in to Nupoint, perfecting liens, ordering titles, re-inscriptions, forced place insurance reporting, credit life reporting, mortgage cancellations, scanning loans and documents into centrdoc, processing of paid out loans, modifications, renewals & denials, & processing file maintenance reports.
2 Years experience with handling mortgages and UCC's preferred.
