Construction Field Coordinator

Bolzano Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Field Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, communicates well with subcontractors and project teams, and can help keep projects organized and moving efficiently from start to finish.

• Coordinate daily field operations across active construction projects
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, and internal team members to ensure schedules stay on track
• Assist with project scheduling, inspections, material deliveries, and punch list completion
• Monitor jobsite progress and report updates to the project management team
• Help maintain quality control and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Track outstanding items and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Support permit, utility, and inspection coordination as needed
• Maintain organized project documentation and field records
• Ensure jobsites remain clean, safe, and professionally maintained

• Previous construction, field coordination, or project coordination experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software is a plus
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
