This prestigious domestic relations firm is thriving and busy, and they need to add a proactive Family Law Paralegal to their team, on either a full-time or part-time basis, to support a senior partner with a heavy caseload.
Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for discovery management, client communication, e-filing with Oregon courts, and preparing exhibits for trial. Your attention to detail will be key as you calendar deadlines, draft pleadings and other legal documents, and maintain organized case files.
While litigation experience is required, the firm is willing to train on the specifics of family law, so this is a great opportunity to learn the ropes of a new practice area while utilizing your existing legal skills.
This could be a full-time or part-time role, with full benefits for a part-time employee! In either case, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with two or three in-office days each week.
