As Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to corporate staff, including assisting with special projects, managing office operations, and supporting executive leadership. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and materials, and taking minutes. You’ll be tasked with generating management reports, maintaining file systems, handling correspondence, and managing phone calls and mail. You’ll also assist with website updates, coordinate company events, and help manage property and liability insurance administration. Additional duties include supporting leadership with calendar and email management, assisting with retail center and apartment administration, and providing administrative assistance related to family entities.
Success in this role requires professionalism and discretion, and you’ll need to bring a flexible and collaborative mindset to their work. Strong organizational skills, openness to feedback, and effective time management are essential.
This is a fully on-site role based in a beautiful downtown Portland office. Located just a few blocks from the waterfront, the area offers a vibrant mix of lunch spots, entertainment, and the option for a refreshing walk during the day.
