What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Representative - Veterinary position at Bolton Veterinary Hospital?
Bolton Veterinary Hospital is a fast-paced, general and emergency practice with over a dozen veterinarians on staff and a support team of over 100! We are proudly privately owned, and have been in operation since 1953.
We are currently looking for dedicated and hardworking client service professionals. Our ideal candidate will have a background in veterinary medicine and working in a high-volume call environment and the ability to support primary care and emergency calls.
This position consists of taking a high volume of calls to triage by phone, answer client questions and provide information about the hospital. This role also includes checking clients in at reception, discharging patients, and assisting with reception at our Corner Clinic.
About this job:
- This is a full time position and will include a weekend day. As we are a 24/7 hospital, working two holidays a year is required for this role (with holiday pay & holiday rates!)
- $19-$28/hour depending on years of experience, technical skills and abilities, licensure/certification status
- Available shifts:
Saturday 12:30-9PM
Sunday 12:30-9PM
Monday 7:00AM-3:30PM or 12:30PM-9PM
Tuesdays 11AM-7:30PM or 12:30PM-9PM
Wednesday 7AM-3:30 or 12:30PM-9PM
Friday 7AM-3:30PM or 11AM-7:30PM
What we are looking for:
- At least one year of experience in veterinary medicine
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Weekend day required
- Two evening shifts until 9PM required

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
