Job Summary: Bolton Valley Resort is seeking dependable and safety-minded Shuttle Driver to join our Mountain Operations team for the winter season. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide safe and reliable passenger transportation for guests and employees. Drivers may also assist with snow plowing and related winter operations support as needed.

Essential Functions
- Safely operate shuttle bus and passenger vehicles to transport guests and employees throughout the resort.
- Provide excellent customer service while assisting passengers, including loading/unloading as needed.
- Assist with snow removal and plowing during inclement weather, as directed.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws as well as resort safety policies.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate records of use and reporting maintenance concerns.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and the Mountain Operations Director regarding schedules, delays, or safety concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support winter operations
Customer Service Expectations
- Provide professional, courteous, and helpful customer service at all times, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Greet passengers, answer questions about the resort, and assist with belongings as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid U.S. driver's license required.
- Valid CDL Class C license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when assisting passengers with belongings.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
- Must be able to work outdoors in cold, snowy, and variable winter weather conditions.
