Project Manager-Land Development

Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our growing team in our Raleigh, NC office. We are looking to add a Project Manager that has their PE designation, who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities!

What You Will Be Doing:

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel across a wide range of sectors, as well as helping to lead business development activities (maintaining and fostering new client relationships, preparation of presentations, proposals/RFQs, etc.). This role will have focus on our municipal and land development market in the Triangle Metro and broader Southeast regions.

What We Are Looking For:

• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Experience in the site/civil design, permitting and execution of public and private land development projects
• Experience with business development and building strong client relationships
• Experience with client relationship management
• Experience conducting community meetings and communication
• Previous supervisory experience
