About the Role:

If so, consider applying to become a Teacher at Bolton Hill Nursery, an early childhood education center (preschool) in midtown Baltimore.
(BHN) is hiring full-time TEACHERS for the 2026 summer and 2026-2027 school year, starting immediately.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a preschool or licensed childcare environment (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Certification: Current Maryland 90-Hour Child Care Certification is a plus. If not currently held, BHN will pay for you to obtain this certificate within your first six months.
- Mindset: High cultural competency and a desire to be a lifelong learner.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to engage in physical activity with children, including lifting up to 40 lbs, sitting on the floor, and navigating stairs/playground environments.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience/MSDE credentials).
