• Deliver clear dashboards and weekly KPI reports that tell the story behind the schedule.
• Continuously fine-tune the system — always improving accuracy, communication, and flow. What Makes You Great
• 3–5 years in construction scheduling, dispatch, or operations coordination (glass/glazing a plus).
• Expert at Excel and comfortable using scheduling or ERP tools.

• Naturally organized — you enjoy making systems smarter and cleaner. Preferred:
• Associate's degree in Construction Management, Business, or similar field.
• 5 years directly scheduling field crews.
• Experience optimizing routes or logistics.
• Certifications (OSHA 10/30, Smartsheet, or MS Project) a bonus. ⸻ Why You'll Love It Here
• A leadership team that values structure and foresight as much as hustle.
• Competitive pay ($25-30/hr DOE) with benefits and room to grow.
• Full-time schedule with some flexibility during peak workload periods.
• Office-based with occasional local site visits — you'll see your plans in action.
• You'll be the nerve center of the company: the one who keeps everything — and everyone — running right.
