Security Storage SaaS is an all-in-one management platform that helps self-storage operators streamline rentals, billing, gate access, tenant communications, and daily operations. We are seeking motivated, independent Commission-Based Sales Representatives to join our small sales team as 1099 independent contractors. This role offers uncapped earning potential by introducing our software to self-storage facility owners and closing sales through a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Present and demo the Security Storage SaaS platform to potential customers
- Guide prospects through the sales process to close deals
- Collaborate with onboarding team for smooth customer handoff
- Track sales activity and manage pipeline using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Background in SaaS sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM software tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in the self-storage industry is a plus
Salary : $30,000 - $65,000
