What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator, Pre-Engineered Metal Building Industry position at BOLT USA, INC.?
Title: Project Coordinator, Pre-Engineered Metal Building Industry ( Full-time Remote, Southern California)
Looking to start a career with real room to grow? We want to hear from you.
BOLT USA, INC. is a growing pre-engineered metal building company, handling design, engineering, manufacturing and project management for building projects that require close coordination between field operations, vendors, and customers. We're focused on delivering projects on time and within budget, without cutting corners on quality or safety, and we're looking for a new team member who's ready to learn this business from the ground up.
In this role, you'll support project managers and owners with planning, scheduling, and tracking progress, helping make sure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are all met. Day to day, that might look like assisting with estimates and proposals, coordinating materials and equipment, expediting orders, and staying in close communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams. You'll also help maintain project estimate documentation, support inspections and quality checks, and pitch in on logistical issues tied to deliveries and site needs.
What we're looking for:
- Someone organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple open items at once
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, since you'll be coordinating with vendors, clients, and teammates regularly
- Comfort with common office and project management tools (spreadsheets, scheduling software, email)
- A proactive problem-solver who can adapt as priorities shift
- Solid computer skills and the ability to work well in a remote, team-oriented environment
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, AEC and/or project-based work is a plus, and knowing your way around a set of architectural or metal building drawings is preferred, but not required
No prior experience in the metal building industry is necessary, just curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in learning. We'll provide full training and invest in your growth as you take on more responsibility over time.
What you'll get:
- Full training, with no industry experience required to start
- A remote position with real flexibility
- The chance to build deep, specialized industry knowledge over time
- A collaborative team that values accountability, clear communication, and long-term growth
- Competitive Salary, paid vacation, sick leave
If this sounds like you, send us your resume. We'll reach out if we think you're a great fit.
