Bolt Security Guard Services is seeking a Security Supervisor with Scheduling, Hiring and Onboarding skills.
***MUST HAVE SECURITY SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE, MINIMUM IS 3 YEARS***
Schedule: Monday to Friday - Dayshifts. Starting at $22/hour.
We are a drug free company and this is a driving position so must have clean driving record.

Responsibilities include:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Recruit and Assist with Hiring
- Manage and maintain the company's scheduling system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Communication with guards and employees to confirm availability and schedule changes
- Conduct interviews and complete all on-boarding processes
Experience:
- Proven experience in scheduling or related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer Skills
- Excellent research and problem solving abilities
- Experience in recruiting, hiring and scheduling
Requirements:
- HSD / GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Unarmed Security Guard License (required)
- Dallas Law Training (required)
- Active State Driver's License (clean DMV report)
- Ability work hours needed to get the job done
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Supervise assigned guards by creating a team-oriented, self-disciplined environment
- Flexible and adaptable; understanding priorities may change on short notice
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication (oral and written), organization and time management skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to training
