Bolt Security Guard Services is looking for dedicated, experienced Security Guard for a leadership role at a commercial business location. Must have previous supervisor experience and active guard license.
Schedule - Friday and Saturday: Off
$21 p/h
Skills Required:
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, comprehend, write and speak English.
- Previous security experience preferred
- Should be customer-service driven. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy along with the ability to handle customer service situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with co-workers and the public. Required to investigate and write reports.
- Exercise good judgment and implement instructions.
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.
- Ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
- Experienced or ability to learn policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and well organized.
- Professional appearance
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
Other Requirements:
- Must have and maintain a valid Arizona Driver’s License
- Unarmed Security Guard Card issued by DPS
- Must be 21 years of age
