Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and follow up on inbound inquiries using warm calling techniques.
- Engage with potential clients through telemarketing efforts, presenting our products and services with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Utilize CRM software such as Netsuite to manage customer information, track sales activities, and update sales pipelines efficiently.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions in technology or business development contexts.
- Develop strong relationships with B2B clients by providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and ongoing account management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales with a focus on technology or technical products.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with Netsuite or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
- Knowledge of customer service principles combined with a proactive approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
