What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess their electrical needs and recommend the right solution
• Build customized proposals that fit each customer's home and budget
• Own the sales process from first conversation through installation, making sure every customer is thrilled with their experience
• Follow up on bids and leads to convert opportunities into closed sales
• Confidently handle questions and objections about pricing, financing, and scope of work
• Build lasting relationships that turn customers into referrals and repeat business
• Work closely with our office and field teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Be available to work evenings and weekends when homeowners need you most

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of outside sales experience
• At least 1 year of experience in residential electrical service and repair
• A track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening and follow-through
• Sharp negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections
• High organization and the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities at once
• Comfort with technology (CRM, mobile apps, estimating tools)
• A valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record check
• High school diploma or equivalent
