Overview
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing construction project(s) this includes but is not limited to job planning, estimating, budgeting, quality assurance, human resourcing, material resourcing, tool and equipment resourcing, sub-contractor coordination, environmental protection, health concerns, safe work procedures, daily communications with clients, record keeping and documentation. Physical demands may include lifting, pushing, pulling, and/or carrying objects. The Construction Project Manager coordinates project work plans with the Project Superintendents and falls under the direct supervision of the Corporate President.
Responsibilities
· Ability to articulately communicate professionally with clients, management, and subordinates
· Comprehensive interpretation of technical plans, construction drawings, and isometrics
· Enforcing compliance with company and client work practices
· Accurate documentation and recordkeeping
· Efficiently scheduling, organizing, prioritizing, and coordinating work activities
· Managing Human Resources efficiently
· Critical thinking and problem solving
· Developing construction budgets
· Leading, mentoring, and coaching
· Fluent English (written and verbal)
· Flexibility in adapting to change
· Knowledge of computer and cell phone applications
· Measurements and mathematical calculations
Qualifications
· Three (3) years of successfully working on large-scale construction projects (preferably in mechanical piping fabrication and installation)
· Three (3) years of successfully performing heavy construction in a hands-on setting (preferably for the oil and gas industry)
· Four-year college degree preferred but not essential
· Familiarity with construction management software like Bluebeam is a plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $80,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
