Key Responsibilities
- Intermediate experience with HR systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Workday, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, data, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across HR, IT, and Finance.
- Experience supporting compensation processes or workforce analytics initiatives preferred.
- Advanced computer skills in addition to knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL a plus.
- Perform and audit the collection of data related to core HR programs and processes across the employee lifecycle—including onboarding, job changes, compensation actions, performance reviews, and separations.
- Build, maintain, and analyze HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide timely insights for leadership.
- Maintain HR data standards and validation procedures to ensure the integrity, availability, security, and usability of employee and organizational data.
- Analyze turnover, talent acquisition, performance, compensation, retention, and workforce planning data to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
- Create data visualizations, presentations and recommendations to communicate insights and decision points to leadership.
- Translate business questions into data-driven insights and develop recommendations that inform strategic decisions.
- Compile compliance reports for EEO-1, VETS, Pay Equity Analysis, OFCCP, and other industry specific report requirements.
- Document HR process workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Support HRIS operation, system testing, configuration, and end-user training.
- Troubleshoot system and process issues and coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors on resolution.
- Champion HR technology and analytics adoption
- Manage job title library and market benchmarking, including job analysis, evaluation, and compensation structure maintenance.
