5 years experience in Shipbuilding or Marine industry and 10 years Marine Electrical experience. 3-5 Supervisory roll.

- Determines and/or recommends staffing levels for project training. Supervises, instructs and evaluates foremen and/or craft workers.
- Analyzes specifications to determine testing requirements. Reviews testing procedures in compliance with requirements. Revises tests as needed.
- Orders and maintains calibrated test instruments, gauges and meters. Arranges for calibration of instruments to comply with specifications. Maintains calibration files for records.
- Conducts and completes all testing and sea trials prior to acceptance, by the customer. Responds to all inquiries of customers, and agents of regulatory bodies concerning vessel testing.
- Maintains current documents of testing for all projects. Submits standard and special status reports as assigned.
- Addresses deficiencies evidenced as a result of testing and works with Company engineers to correct deficiencies.
