Job Title:Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager
Location: Moss Point, MS
Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager with at least 5 to 10 years of management experience and 5 years of related marine and shipbuilding experience. College experience is a plus. The candidate will direct and coordinate multi-functional ILS disciplines, supporting marine applications from acquisition through sustainment. This role requires expertise in managing ILS Products to ensure seamless lifecycle support. Manage ILS team located in both Mathews, La. and Moss Point, Ms. and be willing to travel to both locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop proposals related to various ILS functions, including financial estimates and task definitions
* Produce regular departmental status reports and generate month-end budget reporting for management
* Manage and coordinate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), ensuring alignment with Configuration Status Accounting (CSA) processes
* Ensure compliance with GEIA-HB-0007 and MIL-HDBK-61 standards
* Oversee logistics planning, acquisition, and sustainment support for marine applications
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 to 10 years of management experience
* Minimum of 5 years of related marine and shipbuilding experience.
* Travel is required.
Skills and Abilities:
* Manage ILS team located in both Mathews, La. and Moss Point, Ms. and be willing to travel to both locations.
* Must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, oral and written communications skills.
* Strong understanding of Shipbuilding Contract Requirements and Deliverables.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
