Boll Insurance Agency is looking for an organized, client-focused professional who enjoys helping people, taking ownership, and finding better ways to get things done.
As our Insurance Client Service & Operations Coordinator, you’ll support both our clients and the day-to-day operations of our independent insurance agency.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing, payments, renewals, and claims.
- Answer calls, greet visitors, and provide excellent client service.
- Maintain accurate client and policy records.
- Support daily agency operations and insurance processing.
- Help maintain agency records and keep monthly reports organized.
- Help document and improve agency workflows and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with clients and insurance carrier partners.
